Riga tops Europe

While the season is still going and the race for top team in Europe is very close (Riga 55 points, Prague 55 points , Moscow 54 points) for one day Riga were leading the European division. Before the trades that brought Riga Eagles, Acyd and Marleau the Reign were out of a playoff spot and fighting to get in.

Now not only are they the top team in Europe, they are almost guaranteed a playoff spot unless they go on a very bad losing streak.

The Reign's Defense and Goal-tending continue to lead the way as they are tied for first with Prague with the least amount of goals allowed. This has helped Riga grind out most wins by 1 goal. With the addition of Acyd and Marleau the team is hoping to still play solid defensively while adding an offensive threat.
