Riga Reign's Penguin Finally Shows Up

Pengu has finally gotten a little bit of success for the first time in a while. By "a while", we mean probably his VHL debut where we started things off with a bang. After that game, Pengu rode a sad ride of mediocrity and sub par peformance... That is until Game 142 versus the Toronto Legion. Pengu fought valiantly on the ice and secured himself the 3rd star of the night. He was the center for line 2 alongside Codrick Past and Kyl Oferson. When asked to comment they only replied with, "We didn't even know he was on the team." Poor penguin. When we approached Pengu for comment we just couldn't get any audible words from his beak. He couldn't stop crying. We assume his tears were of joy and not animal cruelty as he had a bucket of shrimp waiting for him. Well, here's to him and his 1 goal and 2 assists! May the Riga Reign finally notice that ever so hardworking penguin.
