Look: 1.75/3 - I really hate to say it, and I'm sorry for this, but I feel like this is worse than your first one. The placement of the text and player in the first one was better and contributed to a general flow, while this honestly doesn't as much. The text is placed poorly and stands out way too much, the render is distorted from scaling, and the render effects are not very good. I'm sorry if I sound negative, but this is just what I think of the graphic. Keep working on graphics and reading guides and tutorials and you'll be improving quicker and quicker. Every graphics maker was just starting out like you at one point, so just keep working at it. For a tip right now, I'd try to get stock work involved in your graphics more rather than solely focusing on effects.
