Temppi 16
Hello everyone! It's Joromir here. I was asked to do a little story about my usual off-day routine. I used to do very different routine every day when I was living in Czech Republic, but things have changed a lot here in the United States. When I was still playing in Czech Republic like ages ago (to be honest I've been in United States for 3 weeks now) I used to eat so much less than nowadays. It was pretty weird at first but man, I really like the food here. Nothing beats my mother's home-made boar stew though. Oh, how I miss that stew, I wish the season was already over so I could go back home and eat that delicious stew all day! Okay I think I have to get back to the topic. So here we go, my usual day routine here in the States. Wake up at 6 - 7 a.m. - Gladly I've always been a morning person so this is not an issue for me. Usually I get up at 6 but sometimes I just got to get that extra hour of sleep. Mostly it's the night after a game. Except if I had a bad game, then it's 6 and not even a minute over. I usually take a morning jog after waking up. Sometimes I do some yoga instead of jogging, it's really great stuff. Anyways, it's jog/yoga every morning and then I'll take a small breakfast break. I've been having a traditional english breakfast every morning for like 5 years now. With double bacon. I'm pretty sure that's why I've succeeded in hockey. I remember once I had an oatmeal for breakfast and i was 0+0 -2 in the game that night and it was just the 1st period. I also got a game misconduct in the end of the 1st period . I don't wanna talk about it. I'm not gonna eat that trash never again! Or maybe oatmeal with double bacon? After breakfast I hit the gym. In the gym I do gym moves. After gym I take a sauna break. In the sauna I do sauna moves. As known as, sitting. Usually it's like 30 minutes of super intensive gym moves and 60 minutes in sauna doing super relaxing sauna moves. Feeling pretty slacky afterwards. Sauna was so super intensive that I had to recover myself from it somehow. The clock is somewhere near 11 a.m. after all this madness and just to be honest here; I don't feel like doing anything else for the rest of the day. Usually i just fire up my Playstation and play some Fartnite with Potrik Loine. Potrik sucks in Fartnite by the way. Sometimes I just game for the rest of the day and even forget to eat until it's really late but usually I manage to order a pizza to keep myself fed so I have energy left for gaming. It's a shame that couple of my "Playstation buddies" are in different teams so my schedules don't match theirs. If something that unfortunate happens, I just call my teammates and then we usually do a multi-course dinner at some luxus restaurant. It costs a lot, but why not? After all, we gotta keep ourselves fed. In the evenings I usually just relax and try to go sleep early. Sometimes I take a small jog but that's very rare. Usually I'm going to sleep at 10 p.m. but there's some exceptions. I'm not sure if I should tell this but what the heck. Once me and the boys went for some of drinks in the evening and some of us had couple of too much. Man, that mandatory skate on the next morning was legendary. Coach was so happy that we're not gonna do that ever again for sure. There's little bit of something about my off-day routine/schedule. Hope you guys liked it. Onto the next time. - Joromir Jogr 68 DoktorFunk 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/85973-joromir-jogrs-usual-day-off-routine/ Share on other sites
