Look: 2/3 - I like the background  on this, and the text is definitely unique and works here, but the main problem for me is blending.  The dark jersey doesn't really blend well with the background and there's a bit of a stroke (not sure if intentional or not) on it which doesn't work with the whole sig.  I would recommend looking at some tutorials on blending, but it can be as simple as using a background in similar color to the render or working with adjustment layers. You can also blend with stocks, but just be careful because using too many stocks can make the sig feel a bit too busy.  Lighting is also a bit of an issue for me, but that comes with practice.  Keep practicing, and you're sure to get better with time.  I don't want to sound too discouraging, so keep at it, you have a decent start here.

Look: 2.25/3 - I echo what sheriff said, although I have to say I don't think the autograph-style text works well here. Keep working at it, this is definitely better than what my early work was.
