The day has finally arrived, I have officially collected over 300 hits in one season! I'm the fifth player in VHL this year to reach the magical 300 hit milestone. Hitting leader Marleau is five hits from reaching 400, so I'm not even close to winning the hits category this year, but there is always hope that next year could be the year for me. Speaking of next year, that season is going to be the last season for me before depreciation hits, I think. That comes so fast, I have barely started peaking and already the end is coming.

 

In other news, I have been thinking about focusing on either puck handling or strength in practice. I need one point to make my puck handling 99, but then again using that 10 TPE on strength would make my strength level reach a cool 86. It would make sense if two attribute points are more valuable than one, but let's face it - 99 on whatever attribute looks great. For that reason, I think I will add points to puck handling and focus on strength next week.
