thadthrasher 1,692
New to the VHL/M, goaltender Thadius Sales has written this opinion piece for VHL.com “I’ve only been a part of the VHL for just about a month now, and I’ve already learned so much. The community of players, managers, coaches, and fans seems to be positive almost all the way around. There has only been one outburst that I’ve seen, and that came from a relatively unknown player demanding a front-office job and being denied. Being new to the league can be intimidating, but I’ve felt nothing but welcome and heard. When I’ve needed help with anything, managers from other teams even offered to lend me some assistance, which I can’t thank them enough for. I enjoyed my short time with Halifax, but I’m looking forward to seeing where I’ll be drafted to and to play my first full season in the VHL/M. I know that this rookie season will be tough, but I’m confident that the VHL community will not let me fail and will be there every step of the way to watch me achieve greatness!” --------------------- 178 words, for week ending 8 Nov 2020 Fire Tortorella 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/94484-a-newbies-perspective/ Share on other sites
