Steve 1,920
Well here we go again. The season has started and Toronto is off and running. It will be interesting to see how the team actually does with the loss of a couple talented players. It will take time to build back up to where we were last season. Maybe in the next season or two we will be much stronger. It all depends on how the players train and how devoted to the game they are. Playing in a losing season can be a bit frustrating. You have to remember the good times and forget the bad ones. The pains of playing with a depleted teams can run deep. If you just keep focused and believe in the direction the team is aiming for, it isn't hard to work through all the shit games. As with most rebuilding teams, Toronto is going through the typical ups and downs you can expect. Merrick is having a slow start but some of his team mates are coming through with some really solid efforts to improve. The theory is that we should be a good team once we have our young players reach a point to where they will perform consistently. The locker room isn't overly active but also not dead. I think we just have our noses to the grindstone and we are collectively trying to be a better team. I think we are going to be in a good spot at some point.
