ngine4 24
A few weeks into the newest season of professional hockey, the Toronto Legion sit at a mediocre 13-14. With that current record, the Legion are not in the playoff picture, but plenty of time remains to either push up in the standings or lottery odds. Yet, despite the sub .500 record, there's feelings of positivity and hope circulating in Toronto. The young, rebuilding team had entered the year with no expectations, but has for the most part impressed. With such young players after former veteran leaders were shipped off to other teams, the Legion future is brighter than ever. As the team continues to build chemistry and develop skills, it seems that with time the Legion will rise back to prominence. In order for such a rise to occur, management must be careful and players will have to commit to the process. However, if this rebuild's first year is any indication, there should be no doubt that this front office and roster can step up to the challenge.
