I will be eligible to be drafted in the S40 Draft Class and will hopefully go very high. I would like to thank my family, my fans, and my coaches for allowing me to get this far. I'm about to go pro, and I will not forget any of the people that helped me reach this stage. I will make Russia proud, and the other great legends this country has, ashamed. My goal is to be the best Russian born player in the VHL, and I feel I am ready for that, and will make the big step early in my career. I invite you all to my draft party." Those are the words of King Czar III who has recently declared for the VHL, and has quite the personality, let's see how the career of a big defenseman in the VHL turns out.
