Nepto 11
We caught up with the San Diego Marlins Maksim Yakolevsky in which has been a turbulent season for him so far. The Wingman is currently scheduled to join the VHLs London United after the current season has concluded, making this his last run in the VHLM playoffs. Yakolevsky is no stranger to the playoffs, having already participated in the S73 Playoffs with the Las Vegas Aces and the S74 with the Yukon Rush. But at the beginning of S75 he seemingly fell out of favor with the Rush management, seeing his minutes as well as his production plummet in the process. After a short, but gruesome stint with the Ottawa Lynx, where his only ray of light was his four goal game against the Aces, he was picked up by the Marlins. In San Diego, he would rise again as one of the best scorers in the league, helping the Marlins in their seasonlong rise towards the top of the standings. “It’s honestly been a blessing to play in San Diego. I felt at home in the locker room from Day 1 and couldn’t wish to be in a better situation. Now all there is left is to win this years championship.” diacope 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/97181-yakolevskys-vhlm-career-retroperspective/ Share on other sites
