Brendan is off to a lightning start for the Storm with 8 goals and 4 assists in just 4 games. Telker opened up the season with a 6 point performance in the first game. Minnesota sit first in their conference with a 3-0-1 record, something Telker says he hopes they can keep up. “I’m really loving the team and the fight right off the bat. It feels like I’ve been playing with these guys for years.” Said Telker. Lady Luck could have something to do with the absurd amount of points that Telker and others have on the team, something that Telker says has its moments in games. “There were a couple of lucky bounces, but for the most part our record is deserved.” Telker said the locker room has been buzzing with excitement, with lots of individual ‘firsts’ for many other players on the team. “One things for sure, i won’t keep up my 200+ point pace this year.” Telker said with a chuckle.
