der meister 3,273
"Look," The Terrible Trivium said following last night's 5-4 victory over HC Davos Dynamo, "we were able to eke out a win, and I'm relieved that I got the game winner, but the fact is, we are still just scratching the surface here, myself included." Trivium has six goals and 10 points in 11 games for the United so far this young season, putting him on a considerably better pace than his career low numbers last season. Those six goals come on 44 shots, which equals out to a 13.6 shooting percentage. The past two seasons, Trivium has been shooting around 10% accuracy. In his rookie season, he scored on 11.4% of his shots. Noteworthy, too, is that Trivium has two power play goals so far this young season, equaling his career low from last season. But he's still not happy. "I expect to be well above a point per game player in this league," he concluded. "It's great to score goals and help my team, but I need to do more to help this team win a championship. That's the whole point." mediocrepony 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/98713-triviums-scoring-again-expects-more/ Share on other sites
