der meister 3,272
"There are times when you step into the ice with a guy and you're taking up the same space, looking for the same passes, things like that. With (Kevin) King, it was the exact opposite." These are the words from London United forward The Terrible Trivium, following a 5-3 victory in King's first game since being acquired for a pair of draft picks. Both Trivium and King recorded 5 point games that night, setting off the United faithful in a frenzy of excitement. In the games since, London's record is the inverse of what it had been, winning 3 of 5 and losing twice in overtime. While King and Trivium have not repeated their gaudy point totals of that first game, they're a constant threat on the ice. King has notched 8 points, while Trivium has 12 points over those five games. Trivium is riding a six game point streak. *Note - there is some revisionist history here because it makes for a better story. There were two games with King in the lineup prior to the five point outing* diacope and mediocrepony 2 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/99343-the-terrible-kings-of-london/ Share on other sites
