    Updated. I'm pretty sure you can't double welfare, even if it's a PT on another site, but if you can get a commish to overrule then I'll change it. For now I'm doing +10 Strength (53) and +8 Skating (48). :cheers:

    As far as I'm aware, you can add points to leadership if you want it's just probably not gonna do anything
