1. Wall sits 2. Varies. Alex has not developed a disciplined sleep schedule. 3. A 1999 used Toyota Camry. 1. What is the peak TPE you’ve ever attained in the VHL 2. Are you in any other sim leagues? If so, which ones? 3. Have you made the hall of fame in this or another sim league?

1. I forgot, but probably wouldn’t have theme week’d anyway. 2. If my earning is any indication, Alex likes to start slow. 3. As long as we make the dance, we can dance with anybody. 4. I could definitely see the S100 class overshadowing the S99s. 5. I like the Bulls logo, but the Reapers as my first VHLm team really resonates. 6. Kazuma Satou. Spartan is just a cool user

1. Being on the ice. It’s hot out here in Houston. 2.We lost. Therefore, I didn’t do enough. 3.Hit the gym. 4. A pie. 5. Christmas is a great time of year. Especially in Houston. The temperature is somewhat normal in December. 6. Let’s go fishing the gulf.

1. We are kinda bums. Well, at least Leblanc is. 2. I don’t know, I just work here. 3. Defense. 4. Probably back in Houston for a little bit. 5. I don’t sing. I also don’t go to bars 6. I’ve already been drafted but I’m not very excited.

1. Competitive with us? Nobody. We should be unstoppable this season. (Just please don’t look at our current record) 2. See puck, hit pick. 3. With 3 forwards over 200 tpe, 3 defenders over 200 tpe, and a goalie over 200, we should be solid all around. We are lacking the elite near 400 type layers. 4. I do not have any predictions. 5. My favorite part of winter is the part where it ends and it’s springtime. 6. Lockers

1. Our GM and AGM make an excellent team. They are eager to help. 2. Eh, not sure. Line 1 maybe, but if we have 2 defenders better, 2nd line is fine. It’s not what line, but how successful you make that line. 3. Enough. The goal is to get out ASAP but we’ve definitely been taking our time. 4. 10-0 of course. 5. Don’t do drinking kids. We’re trying to win games. Hard to do whilst hungover. 6. I don’t have a favorite team or player.

1. I’m so excited to see what you two do. AJ has proven to be a strong GM, and I was excited to get to play for Jacob in the E. Now we’re back in H-Town 2. Interesting. I didn’t see this. If that makes it tougher for new guys to get stats, that’s tough. But change can be good. 3. We defend. 4. There’s life outside the VHL? But seriously, work, basketball, sim leagues, and backyard computer games. 5. When Compared to God 6. Not really. Just let me know if there’s anything I can do to help us win games.

1. I don’t have a favorite defunct franchise. BladeMaiden is my favorite defunct GM however… I guess. 2. I trust the league officials to make the right call. 3 leagues is a lot. Rather 2 packed leagues than 3 empty ones. 3. I’ve been watching way too much Minecraft YouTube. Please don’t care, it’s ridiculous. 1. If you started a sim league of your own, what sport and what sim would you use? 2. What are your thoughts on the recent GM changes? 3. If you could change one thing about the VHL, what would it be?

Q1. I don’t have really a “collection” of anything that one would call a collectors item. I guess disc golf discs. Q2. Sweet Tea. Q3. I don’t think we’re making the playoffs. But hopefully we shall be back next season. 1. At this point, what are your players chances of making the HOF? 2. What is one unique skill your player has that few know about? 3. If you could drive any car in the world, what would you drive?

I appreciate this article. I may have heard a little about the meta here and there, but it makes sense why the hybrid system exists. It did make little sense to me why the sim attributes were hidden beneath a layer of fake attributes, but if it forces less of a meta, that is good i guess.

1. In character. “No, I am too busy practicing hockey” Out of character. “No, I don’t have the patience although people seem to think I’d have the natural talent” 2. It definitely wouldn’t be landscaping. I’d love to run my own business. 3. I landscape. Nothing makes me happier than seeing other landscapers struggling. So I assume my pain similarly brings positivity to others. 1. If you could start a franchise with one user, who is it. 2. If you could only consume one liquid for the rest of your life, what would it be. 3. How do you think your player is doing this season.

A first gen, I am not. But thank you for the kind words

1. I’ll try to get the theme week tpe somehow. I don’t know exactly what I’ll do. 2. You need the experience and toughness of the rookie without a cookie, Alex Leblanc. 3. Don’t let a GM change wreck your world. 4. Rome is a pretty big market. I’m sure the leaks are plentiful and few are surprised by moves, 5. A goal keeper? Maybe? Maybe?… 6. Loyalty and consistency -

1. Hey, you got me to update 2 consecutive weeks. Much applause. 2. It’s a competitive culture. Get the players fighting hard and wins will come. 3. I am one of them. Hard to welcome oneself 4. Win. I find that winning supersedes philosophy. 5. Hey, active? I don’t even know what that word means. 6. Smash and grab. I’ll distract the other team with a juggling act and y’all grab the goalkeeper. -

1. I’ve come to expect very little. 2. Alex has never tried to be a goalkeeper. He probably would if the team needed it. He probably wouldn’t be very good at it 3. Play good hockey. Alex tries to play good hockey. 4. Alex is a very exciting prospect. He has a ton of potential as long as his coach wakes him up for practice. 5. Pizza, pizza 6. Consistent improvement. -
1. Looks like it will be another season in the M for me. 2. I’m not superstitious. Just play good and hopefully win. 3 How many times do I have to tell you… lol. I don’t care about the NHL. 4. Probably not. Although I have had some great excitement and terrible letdown when my favorite team won or lost, I don’t think I’d travel to a parade even if it wasn’t raining. 5. You’re good. Sim League management isn’t easy. Procrastination is fun. 6. Tea should be sweetened but never flavored.

1. We're sitting nice and pretty in the middle of the pack at the moment in 5th place overall! Do you think we're gonna pick up some momentum going into the later part of the regular season, or are we just saving ourselves for when it matters? 2. Our dearly-beloved, glorious and fearless leader GM @AJW announced a potential retirement after the season is done. Do you think you'd ever be interested in becoming a GM yourself? If you are one already, where do you go from here? 3. Reveal hidden contents 4. Who's your long shot guess for the next Stanley Cup and why? 5. The Conn Smythe trophy (MVP of the Playoffs) was awarded to Connor McDavid, despite being on the losing team. Do you think there should be a separate award for the best non-winning player in addition to the Conn Smythe? 6. Being from the South, when I say Barbecue, I mean Brisket, Ribs, Collards, etc. But it can mean something different to everyone! So what is your ideal backyard barbecue? 1. I think as we update, especially this lazy defenseman, we will pick up steam. Lacking elite defense play surely hurts. 2. Not here. Don’t have time. But GMing is a fun challenge and AJ seems to be doing an excellent job. 3. Yay… don’t really care. 4. Dallas Stars…. Why not? 5. I think the MVP in a 7 game series can be from any team. I guess he was a big reason the series went to 7 games. And I still don’t care about NHL. 6. A backyard barbecue includes hamburgers. Brisket is elite, but I don’t consider that backyard barbecue food. (Maybe the people whose backyards I’ve visited aren’t good enough cooks.) Being from southeast Texas, occasionally super charred chicken is featured in the barbecues of the backyards

1. A graphic is easier than an article, but Articles are much more rewarding. 2. In a developmental league, I’m never really a proponent of rebuilding. I’d always be pushing to win now. 3. I expect it will be a gentleman’s sweep, but I’m not much of a NHL fan. 4. Probably not. But again, I don’t know much or anything about NHL hockey. Tis funny that the Blackhawks are still a thing. 5. Sunscreen and water. Life can be tough in the heat, but I mean, he’s a professional hockey player, so he’s on ice most of the time anyway. 6. Frozen burritos and apples sauce… it works, I don’t know why

1. Signing day with Houston. It was great to be able to sign a contract with a team so close to home. And honestly, I haven’t done much of anything else since. 2. Mainly playing hockey. I don’t know really what else you were expecting. 3. I mean, I might take over the entire VHL. That would be cool. But seriously, I get to fly out to a wedding soon. That could be exciting. ————— 1. Do you enjoy any other sports besides hockey? 2. What hockey stick do you recommend and why? 3. If it weren’t for hockey, do you enjoy ice skating?

Mike Blueberg Show: Season 3 EP 1 Mike: Welcome one, and welcome all to the Mike Blueberg show. We are live every single day with all the latest news from the world of sports. I am your host, the one, the only, Mike Blueberg. I am joined as always by my lovely co-host Matthew Leclair. Matthew: I am somewhat offended at being referred to as lovely, but I definitely have been called worse. So Mike, who are we talking with today? Mike: We are joined by the most recent thing to pop up in the Victory Hockey League, Alex LeBlanc. But first, lets take a caller. We have Brandon on line one. Brandon: Hey guys, love the show. But I gotta ask, So uh, who cares about Hockey anyway? And why are you talking to some guy named LeBlanc? Mike: Thank you for your call. We spend time talking about anything sports related. I do think that Alex will be a great guest and will bring a lot to the show. Alex: Well, thank you for having me. I wasn't expected to be vaguely insulted before even speaking. But yes. I am Alex LeBlanc. I am a 6' 185 pound defender out of the state of Texas, and I hope to make my mark on the VHLM. Mike: LeBlanc, LeBlanc... for those who don't remember, remind them of the significance of the name LeBlanc in the world of sim league hockey.\ Alex: Well.... I guess you could say I come from a long line of mediocre hockey players. It all started with Ontario LeBlanc. He was a borderline hall of famer in a league that was defunct shortly before he retired. My cousin Brandon was a star in another league that went defunct after one season, and he had a brief stint in the VHL. Then there was Tex... his league of choice went belly up. Vivian was a great goalie, but she definitely struggled with some innuendo in the media before her desire to practice took a major hit. I guess most recently, my cousin Ontario Jr spent a season in the M for inexplicably retiring. Mike: Man... that was a lot of exposition. Matthew: I think we have interviewed several of these guys throughout the years. You LeBlanc's are great guests... Mike: But I would have to agree that they have been mostly mediocre on the ice. Matthew: Which begs the question... Alex, what about you is different? Alex: I fear I was born with the same work ethic as my ancestors. We have a lot of potential, but sometimes, the love for the game fades. I play hockey, but sometimes, I feel that I play because I know that I can be great, and not because I love the game. Mike: A tale as old as time. A prodigy who lacks love for what he does best. Matthew: Regardless, I do think that there will be a market for your skillset... but, what is that skill set exactly? Alex: I get the puck, and I make the right reads. Matthew: Well, I think we are about out of time for this segment. Tune in after a quick commerical break as we interview rising SBDL star Javier Ramirez Jr.

1. Asking questions is tough. It’s hard to be consistently original. I guess I prefer answering questions z 2. Depends on the league. I will consider my VHL recreate when I enter the “Create a Player Portal” 3. I try to get done all my tasks early. 1. If the league held an all time tournament, which Franchise and Season’s team would you choose? 2. Do you appreciate the fake attributes that were created to cover up the fact that STHS doesn’t have much build variety? 3. What makes you keep coming back to the VHL?

1. The summer is my favorite time of year although spring takes a close second. I don’t like cold - and fall is just a precursor to cold. 2. SSK didn’t make the playoffs. I’ve turned off my “Paying attention to the VHLM” switch. 3. Usually late night after I get off work. —/—/— 1. In your opinion, who is the top prospect in this year’s VHLM draft? 2. What do you consider to be the least important attribute to upgrade? 3. What car did your player buy with his bonus money?
