Is it the beginning? Is it the end? Or is it the beginning of the end? These are questions that have perplexed Balthazar throughout his short existence and probably will continue to plague him until he fully matures mentally or dies of old age. More than likely the questions will be answered when he matures, something of which will take longer than anyone can foresee. As many can and will probably vouch, maturity is something gained through time and experiences that we personally have and share with those around us. Everyone has a past that they’re trying to get away from and Balthazar is no exception. In another life he was something, or rather someone, else entirely. He was known as a very famous cat burglar, but has sense left the life of dark nights and thievery. Our past has a way of defining us for good or worse, and Balthazar looks towards the VHL for his future. So I will ask the questions again, is it the begging? Is it the end? Or is the beginning of the end? Only time will tell.
