Kasper Kankkunen speaks about his new business venture

 

     "You know I've always been the business type and ever since graduating from the Finlandia University the idea of running my own business was something I wanted to do before hockey but it takes a lot of work, cash and experience in the hospitality industry. Now that I've got myself a nice cash stack from the previous four seasons of hockey I think it's time and with the extended off-season due to our missed chances with moving on, I've had a ton of time to think about opening up a shop, I know it'll be a little bumpy at first but with help from the locals, team advertisements and an experienced baker.. We'll be the premier crumpet store in the country!"
