Season begins!

It has been a great off season for Tom Eagles, as he won the gold with Team Europe in the World Junior Championships. Today though, is another exciting day for all VHL hockey players. It is the start of the regular season and another grueling 2 months of trying to win it all.

Tom will be starting his second full season with the Wranglers and is looking to build on his rookie year totals.

 

" I am excited to start, we have some new faces here in the locker room as well as a new GM " Said Tom " We are all looking forward to hit the ice and see how well we can do this season. We have a lot of young guys so I know we won't be competing for top spot, but I am hoping we can get into the wildcard and then go from there"

Eagles has been working hard in the off-season to improve on his game and his call up to Team Europe has given him a few tune up games before the main season starts. We look forward to seeing how well he does in his Sophomore year.
