Tom Eagles has been playing well over the past few weeks and this has led him to being the current VHL leader in shots blocked. We spoke to Tom regarding this stat line.

 

" It feels great knowing that you are helping out your team and that you're currently the top guy in the whole league with this stat" Tom Said " I am always more then happy to put my body on the line for my team. Now I just need to improve on my scoring and I think I will start being happy with the progress that I am making"

So far Tom has been having a good start to the season. In 15 games played he has 11 points, 44 hits and 51 shots blocked. If he an continue on this pace, he can end up being one of the top defensive defenseman at the end of the season. With his defensive training almost coming to completion, Tom will pivot into some offensive training to help the Wranglers out on the offensive end.
