Need a media spot, gonna talk about whatever

It's deadline day and I need that 6 TPE, I'm not quite sure who I want to do next for my before and since series yet either, I was thinking of going back to the s50's, thought that would be interesting. Go back and look at names I've probably never heard of, but that's for another time, for now I just decided to talk about..... stuff. This is one of those media spots where I kinda just talk about whatever comes to mind, of course I need to keep it VHL related. So to start it off I'll talk about my player first, and maybe about my next a little to. Jaxx is close to or has passed some milestones.

 

As was brought to my attention, Jaxx Hextall passed 14,000 saves in his career, in fact he is already half way to 15,000. I don't think he passes number one on the Toronto all time list but he'll get fairly close. He also passed the 400 games mark and should end somewhere around 450. Hexy is closing in on 200 wins, being just 12 away from that mark, he's close to 50 overtime or shootout looses which I know isn't the most wonderful stat to have but I think it just shows how much of a fighter he and the team are. He's number one on Toronto list already and I hope he hits the 50 mark. In terms of TPE Hextall will hit 1500 next/this week, he's get to 1500 exactly and that's pretty awesome for my first player. I'm happy with Hextall's career, I know hall of fame is unlikely for him because he hasn't played on a fantastic team and has pretty much always played behind a weak blue line. I just hope what he was able to achieve despite that still speaks to people.

 

So today I wrote an article about my next player, Jonathan Ori. I had mention him once before in a previous theme week about future players but thought it was time to start talking about him a little. I won't tip my hand to much yet but I wanna get a bit of build up for him as we slowly near the end of my current player's career. I'm not going to retire Hextall early as I do want to get as much TPE on him as possible. For Ori though I don't plan on going for a meta build or anything like that, I know some skills are straight up better than others but I don't want to restrict myself to them, It's about having fun with your player and if you wanna do a meme build, go right ahead, I'm not doing a meme build for him but I may put some focus into skills that usually aren't focused as much.

 

Alright, well it looks like I'm already near 500 words so that's cool, this didn't actually go as bad as I thought it would, I thought I was really gonna struggle with this one. Next week I think I'll find a team to look into for my before ans since series. Ciao for now guys.

Despite being a ''write whatever comes to mind'' - article, I enjoyed it. Always fun to read about milestones and the future stars of VHL! My hat goes off to you for building a player you like over picking the meta or popular attributes. That is a guaranteed road to an enjoyable career.

 

A picture could have been a nice addition, but overall a cool article.
