S78 Yukon Rush Goal Song

As I was pondering what to write about this week, it suddenly came to me: why not write about a goal song? I haven’t heard much about them, and since it is a sim, we don’t hear them anyway. But, wouldn’t it be fun to have them? To have them embedded in locker rooms? To play to show team spirit? 
 

I intend and hope to make this a series; it all depends on reaction to this post. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations for songs, I would be more than happy to hear them.

For today though, I will be focusing on my team, the Yukon Rush. We are ending this season strong even though we are not making the playoffs. Next season will be a fresh start and that is awesome. 

The idea is for the songs to have meaning and relate to their city/team. 
 

Without further ado, here is what I found (for the Rush): 

 

 

 

Now, these are just two songs (one for Yukon, one for gold). Nothing is for certain. Feedback and input on songs is much appreciated. 
 

Again, not sure if this has been attempted in the past but I wanted to introduce something new. Once we have a set song that many people like, then I can find a program to put a horn with it. Then it will be just like a true goal song.

TIL That Rammstein made a song called Yukon But yes, I would say those are both quality goal songs, definitely with some relation to the Yukon and Gold Mining (if that's what you were going for with the Gold on the Ceiling  )

 

I'll throw my idea of what would be good for the Rush goal song, none other than Rush itself!
