The Helsinki Titans finished season 77 3rd place in the European conference and also 3rd place in the league overall. They had a record of 42-24-6 and will be playing against the London United who were 45-24-3. The United scored more goals, allowed less goals and have home ice advantage so most would think they are the favored team to take the series when it is all said and done. London offense was led by Julian Nousiainen who had 96 points. The Titans offense was led by Vaakanainen and Thightrap who both had 93 points. The goaltending battle is between 2 of the leagues best Zamboni Driver and Jordan Tonn. It will be fun to see how the series goes and what line matchups the 2 general managers will throw together to try and gain small edges. I am hopeful the Titans will fight hard and give London everything they can handle and more.
