The graphic doesn't try to do too much and just looks fairly clean overall. I love the hazy and glare-y look of the entire thing and it's just a very neat look. I personally am a big fan of the font you used for the last name (the font for "Nathan" is sorta meh in my opinion, I'd prefer making the font similar to the "Perry" one but keeping the smaller size.) I'd also probably tone the blur down a little bit at least around the facial area because I find that it's a bit overwhelming in that area. Could just be me though.
