Peace 1,562
Well Killinger has played his final game, I'm now 0-2 with my players when it comes to winning a cup at the VHL level; both of them won championships in the VHLM, both with Saskatoon (S63 and S69), and I understand that my two players played a significant portion on the Legion. I'll admit finishing Killinger's career with some defensive awards was nice, yet there is practically no chance he makes the hall of fame. I don't really care about either of those, but before I leave the VHL I'd certainly like to win a championship with my own player. Peace played with Riga, Davos and Toronto. None of the teams he was on made it to the finals. Killinger played for Toronto, London and Helsinki. Toronto was one win away from the finals, but neither London or Helsinki reached that level. I'm hoping with my new player I can pursue a championship, maybe win a few awards. For Killinger though? That's a wrap!
