That Dude Headed for another early exit?

London United forward That Dude and his teammates now find themselves in an unenviable position. As the favored #2 seed, they find themselves in a 3-1 hole against the #3 Prague Phantoms. 
 

“This isn’t cool at al. We expected better out of ourselves and uh, you know, we still had that bitter taste of defeat in our mouth from last season when we lost to the Helsinki Titans in 6 despite being in identical position. 
 

im not sure what is keeping  us on the short end of the stick. But it’s definitely not appreciated by anybody in case you were wondering.

 

I was demoted to the third line center which is fine and all, cause the stakes get really high and you want the best of the best playing heavy minutes. Unfortunately I’m in the lower end of the spectrum in terms of TPE. That’s okay though, I’ll just keep on pounding and grinding away. Hopefully I’ll get my moment at glory, but it has to start right now, right here if we’re going to avoid another disappointment. We’ve worked too hard for our season to end like this.”

 

Fun Fact: This member has never advanced out of the first round of the VHL playoffs. This could potentially be my fifth or sixth consecutive first round defeat in as many attempts lol.
