ROOKIE745 608
So I noted this before but I find it kinda crazy? Like how often does that happen in the modern VHL? I could see it being more normal in the early days perhaps bu let's say since season 60 till now? I can't see it happening all that much because it requires being drafted by the same GM in consecutive seasons, meaning the GM drafted you for a VHLM team and then next season that same GM did so with a VHL team. Now to give the full story here back in season 70 Hextall was drafted by the VHLM team Minnesota Storm GM'd by Rayzor and AGM'd by Hatter. He had his VHL draft the same season as well where he was BPA'd by Davos. Jump to 9 seasons later and to my next player Jonathan Ori, with his VHLM draft in S78 Rayzor and Hatter decided to draft me with Minny's one and only first round pick at 9th, I wasn't even the highest TPA player available but Rayzor was putting together team full of past members he had before. At this time as well Rayzor was also offered to become GM of the Helsinki Titans and so shortly after the draft he and Hatter left to take charge of the VHL franchise. Minny would go on to reach the finals but sadly lose out to Yukon, it was one final salute to Rayzor and Hatter who had kept the team strong for so many seasons. I already went over the chaos that was the S79 draft for me but simply put if it wasn't for Eno I most likely would have gone higher up in the draft, and I wouldn't be typing this out right now. As it stands 3 out of 4 drafts Rayzor has snagged me, meaning 75% of the time he has chosen my player, only makes me wonder about my next player and what will happen with him?
