West Virginia News Media Report

- Wheeling

We now know where a local boy will continue his hockey career. William Groves, the kid who captained his team to a state championship, has been selected 39th overall by the Ottawa Lynx. Will says he is very happy to be heading to the Great North. "The management is very good and we got good teammates in this draft. Can't wait to see what we can do together." When asked why he was drafted by Ottawa, Will said, "It was probably my love for chicken nuggets that got me a role on this team. They love nuggets almost as much as I do. It is good to be with people who truly understand you." Will, who suffers from ADHD, talked his struggles being understood and called this a victory for all with learning disabilities. "Just because people say you can't, know that I am living proof you can." We wish Will the best luck in the VHLM. We of course will be following Will's pro hockey career every step of the way.

Review: @Will3

Media spot is too short. Medias spots have to be a minimum of 500 words. This post would actually be perfect for the VHL.COM article supplemental TPE (2). You could ask a mod to move it there and claim as that or if this was a legit media post then you will have to reach the minimum word count. It's a good start to the article regarding your player and where he got drafted. 1/10 (only due to length)

How do I do that? Haven't claimed anything yet.

I'm sure the mods will move it to the right sub forum so don't worry about that but just claim it as VHL.com instead because you already have a media spot this week anyway. This is worth 2 capped :)
