Review: Recruitment banners are always hard to actually make as least I find. what I like is the use of the city harbour, player cut looks clean enough but I think the Lettering needs some more pop to make the graphic work and the player should be more dominate feature with the habour as the background. Basically sizing feels off and your eye are drawn to the player on the right side of the image away from the lettering. Maybe try Black & white background of the harbour so that the lettering & player is the focal point of the banner. Overall: 7/10
