rory 1,916 Posted September 21, 2021 Share Posted September 21, 2021 (edited) The Los Angeles Stars entered the offseason without their all star defender, Alex Letang, as he rides off into hollywood boulevard after lining LA's, and his own, trophy case. The teams solution was to add another young defender to join the blue line, and use their cap space to upgrade to a returning Bob Tristan. The young defender was shipped off to Moscow in the Roque Davis trade - and now returns in exchange for Arvid Johansson. LA also got one of the bigger free agents grabs - winger Vick Fairchild leaves the Toronto rebuild on a free to the sunny city. Combined with the season 79 pick AJ Williams set to make his debut in the majors, the Los Angeles forward core should continue to be a lead reason in the teams success. Look for great seasons from Pistil Stamen and John Merrick with their new wing supports - the lalter is my prediction for MVP.
