Em Em's offseason

So here we sit, a few games into the inaugural VHLE season. After winning the VHLM title with Miami, I was feeling good about my immediate future. Awards were coming up, so was the VHLE draft and a new team for me to be on. 

 

Awards night came, I did very well, winning the top goalie award in the VHLM as well as playoff MVP. Nice. I expected to be nominated for both, but to win both was a surprise to be sure. But a welcome one.

 

Then came the draft. Round 1 went by, then 2, then 3, then 4. I wondered maybe I wasn't eligible for some reason all of a sudden? Or did people forget about Em Em so quickly? Round 5 nothing either. 

 

Then finally Stockholm comes along in Round 6 and throws a dog a bone. I guess likely only playing one season in the VHLE had a bigger impact than I thought. No worries, I'm here to win games and take names. GO Stockholm and GO Seattle
