A few things (since I don't know how many I will mention) I would consider changing would be the Rome lettering as they are very basic and I think with a bit more dazzle it could really make the banner pop. The gap between the Rome and the logo is also a bit large but I am assuming (making an arse of myself) that this gap is so that other images like players/ player head etc... can be placed in that gap?!?
