Telker excited for looming playoffs

Malmo go marching into another year of post season hockey with a record of 40-24-4 with just a handful of games remaining. That’s good enough for 2nd in the EU and 5th in the league. Malmo are one of the last teams really ‘in the mix’ as there’s a fairly sharp drop off in skill past the top 6 teams. The NA conference has the higher end teams this year with both Chicago and Vancouver having incredible seasons. These two teams have gone back and forth a couple times in the standings, with both of them managing very long win streaks along the way. Telker says the post season won’t be any different then other years. “I think we have a tougher battle ahead looking at it from this angle, but if we play well we can give ourselves every shot to win it like we did last year.” Said Telker.
