Tomat0 50
Robert Wilk on being 4th in scoring “It’s been an unreal journey for me for sure. When I came into this league no one had high expectations for me. I was drafted in the 4th round as a bit of a questionable prospect. I hadn’t started as quickly at hockey as some of those VHLM superstars, so I was starting from behind. I wasn’t expecting to be drafted high, or even to play well in this league. When I came in my dream was dragging myself as a bottom tier player to maybe get a chance to play in the VHL for my hometown team of Warsaw. But when I came in the GM gave me the Captain spot. He gave me the keys to the offense – and I used them well. Despite starting off a back foot I was fourth in the entire league in goals. I think that’s a pretty good achievement for someone like me.” JB123 and diacope 2 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/110528-robert-wilk-on-being-4th-in-scoring/ Share on other sites
