The VHLE Was a Mistake, and Here's Why

Houston is preparing for the draft with GM Moon even being invited to be on the draft stream. Houston seems to be making a strong push for contention next season. The current roster following the release of all draft eligible and capped players puts the current roster at 7 forwards, 3 defense and 1 goalie which is going to be much better than most teams can claim. In terms of the S81 draft, they also have a pretty good selection of draft picks. Houston possesses their own first rounder, as well as third round picks from Minnesota, Philadelphia, San Diego, and their own pick. They also claim two fourth rounders, two sixth rounders and a seventh so there's potential to maybe grab a few gems in the later rounds. This is projected to be a very strong class after all, as it contains many of the recreates from the powerful S73 class.
