Robert Wilk excited to join Team World

 

While the ex San Diego Marlin captain Robert Wilk waits for the VHL and VHLE drafts to take place, he has other things to occupy his mind. One of the biggest of these things is definitely his selection to Team World. Never in a thousand years had the young Right Forward expected to be selected to join the exclusive roster of players representing the World at the World Juniors. Wilk was more than ready to spend his time before the draft training and preparing for the Draft Combine and relax, but his selection changed things for the better. Robert loves to compete and having another chance to show his skills on the ice before going up to the VHLE is a huge thing for him. Nothing works as well at training than playing in actual games. There’s only so much you can do to improve on your own.
