Eagles skipping practices

Tom Eagles over the past few weeks has not been attending all his practice sessions and not collecting all the TPE he can get.  We asked him about this to see what has recently changed.

 

"Not much has changed, as I get older I can't attend all the practices like I did when I was younger, with depreciation and getting older it has become harder to go all out 100% in training " Tom said " I try to save all my strength for the games and contribute in that way"

While his practice time and TPE has gone a little bit down over the last couple weeks, Eagles, is still playing very well on the ice. In 24 games this season he is sitting at 25 points. This includes 8 goals and 17 assists. While playing well, Calgary has been on a recent slide as they have lost 6 games in a row and have slid from the top spot to 5th in the North American conference.

"We started off well and now we are on a cold streak, I know this group though and we will bounce back. We have a great locker room and things like this don't affect us to much. We know the season will be a roller-coaster ride"
