Thoughts on the S81 Marlins

As the AGM you learn a lot about a team. But what really intrigued me was the answers to the press conferences of last season. We covered some controversial topics, so here are the results:

 

Yes or No to Candy Corn? 3 Yes and 2 Never Tried. This was early in the offseason before we had drafted a new team, so with that came small numbers of answers. I will also add a yes to this scenario putting the Marlins at 4 yes. I'm not sure why people hate it, if you get the right brand it's delicious.

 

Marvel or DC? 5 Marvel, 1 both. Marvel blew DC out of the water (get it, Marlins, water? eh? no? okay.) and nobody said that DC was better, with only one person saying both. I also am a Marvel fan, putting the votes for that at 6. Landslide of a victory here.

 

Now an always controversial one, is water wet? 5 yes and 6 no to prove once and for all that even fish like the Marlins know that water is not wet, it makes other things wet. I agree with that which puts the final total at 7-5 water is NOT wet.

 

Is a hot dog a sandwich? 1 yes and 4 no. Resounding victory from the no side here, though I do believe a hot dog is a sandwich (FIGHT ME) and that puts the total at 4 no to 2 yes.

 

Pineapple on pizza? 2 yes and 6 no. I'll put myself in the yes category on this one. It seems I have a lot of controversial opinions as this is another big gap between yes and no. Pineapple does not belong on pizza according to this Marlins team.
