Delay delay delay!! Yup, That is what we have done most of the week since we couldn`t really think of a topic to talk about for this weeks #AsktheBouch. Okay, That isn`t true since we thought about talking about our one year in the VHL community but that passed back in October like hot garbage that no one even noticed even ourselves so then what can we talk about this week?

Retirement? Nah, too sad and depressing to think that your player is entering his final season and you have to make a choice to make another player and start all over building TPE and the players profile again. Darn does that feel a lot like work when you stop to think about it again. Actually more like starting a new job; which I have a ton of experience doing but it still doesn`t make it any easier. Actually makes it harder as you started to under the weak, insecure nature of most managers and the fact that you are hired to be fired concept that most companies employee in North America. Okay, at least the ones that I have worked at. Different in Japan were they expect you to over-work all the time and don`t give shit right from the start but as long as you show-up every day; they won`t get rid of you. But I am not sure if that is due to the lack of interaction as whole so you cannot get to know your co-worker thus get yourself judge and in trouble or the fact that you are just a number expected to do a task like a robot and thus treated as such. Just don`t breakdown and you will have a job.

Whoa, I am ranting good today as I have already hit my word count and I didn`t even get to the part that I wanted to talk about this week. So I guess I will hold off until next week to talk about all the new draft selections that Prague made this past week and give my official welcome then.

Peace!!
