Season 82 in the VHLM has begun! A brand new season, a brand new team for big man defender, AirRig GoodBrandSun @Rhynex Entertainment. We found time to have a short chat with the recently drafted VHLM prospect.

 

Reporter: Hello AirRig! It's good to see you again! Congratulations in getting drafted into the VHLM! You got drafted in the first round, 6th overall by the Houston Bulls! What are your thoughts to the draft and your new team?

 

AG: Hello. It's been an amazing experience! The atmosphere was amazing! Houston was one of the few teams whom showed interested in my services, I just didn't expect to go so high up in the draft given how close I am to being forced into playing in the VHLE! I feel we have a good team here in Houston, definitely a good chance to win this season! A bunch of great teammates and lot's of competition!

 

Reporter: You've had a good, fast start of the season. Already elapsing your points total from last season in 7 fewer games played. You have 2 goals and 11 assists for 13 points in 11 games, what are your thoughts on your performance so far in the season?

 

AG: I've been doing okay, could definitely improve my game though. I didn't like the amount of penalty minutes I've been accumulating already, and definitely could get in front of more shots and hit more bodies.
