He has been trying to remember things and despite his memory being very good, some things he wished he could forget. Over the course of centuries, he has done quite the number of unthinkable things. He has taken numerous lives and he isn't exactly proud of being the monster he is. There was a period in the past that he became violent and was known as a ripper. Basically he went on killing binges and he ate as many people as he wanted. He didn't care who it was, he would take anyone's life in a matter of seconds. There was no remorse and being a vampire, you have no feelings. You only do things to make yourself feel better about your eternal life. One of his most hated adventures was during the 1700's. He was living in England at the time and it was a rather small town. Not many people knew of the vampires as once they found out, they were either killed or had their memories wiped. Some of the vampires also became infatuated with some of the humans and would even go as far as turning them. Of course they would have to be taught how to feed properly and how to clean up after themselves. Klaus has only ever turned one girl in his life and he has regretted it. He was into her during the 1600's and he decided he wanted her to live an eternal life like he had. So he bit her and she turned. He taught her the proper way to feed on a human and not kill them. The local law was never a problem because they didn't know how to kill vampires. They would go on to kill hundreds and even thousands of people over a 30 year span. Shortly after that, she wanted to leave him and one day he awoke from sleeping and she was gone. He was surprised as he didn't know what would have made her want to leave. They had everything they could ever want in the world in the palm of their hands. Once the 1800's rolled around, he quickly had forgotten about her and had moved onward with his life. He tried not to get involved with another female because he was afraid of her leaving. He had abandonment issues as his father was killed when he was younger. His brother, Elijah had a different father than he did. His sister, Rebekah, had came from the same father. He also had two other brothers, Kol and Finn. Klaus didn't really keep in touch with his mother or Kol and Finn. Elijah and Rebekah had been the two who had always been by his side. The 1800's were a fun time for them as they had witness many things happening and had killed many of people over the years.
