You need it, it's literally the best attribute. Will be high in every build, basically. It's impossible to get good SC without it, the scaling on Slap Shot and Wrist Shot is just so low compared to it. You won't get a massive PA/SC gap no matter what you do, since that's literally the point of the change. So may as well get as much SC as possible while maintaining some gap. Going back to the pre-meta idea that you want about a 10 point difference.
