Telkster 550
With the off-season now underway, a couple of deals have already been made official. It started with Davos and Toronto. Davos sent 3 3rd round picks to Toronto in a decent small-medium sized trade for goaler Boris Tsezar. Tsezar has improved every year stats wise with his recent best season of .913 SV% and a 3.11 GAA in the VHLE. I think Davos did well to not give up any 2nds or 1sts for a potential future starter. The second trade was between Calgary and Helsinki. It was a blockbuster trade, as Calgary sent Nasherov back to Helsinki in a reuniting, as well as Jokinen. 2 big name players. Helsinki gave up a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, depth veteran Sanderson, and prospect Chicoine. With these 2 trades already done on the first day, it should kickstart a flurry of moves for the coming days. And that will mean lots to talk about in press conferences, articles, and even media spots. v.2 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/118189-the-trading-begins/ Share on other sites
