Its been a crazy season for the Oslo Storm heading into the season they were expected to be a bottom feeder lead by three men. Those men where Vladamir Komarov, Christoph Klose, and Loyd Light many expected them to rack up the loses. However Komarov would not allow that from the moment he walked in to the dressing room he inspired the players to maximize their little potential and help lead this team to victory. Early in the season it was working miracles as the Storm defied odds and lead the entire European conference, however teams around them much deeper caught stride despite trying their hardest they just couldn't keep up eventually falling to third place in the conference.

Things looked bleak for the team but Komarov held his head high, a few shred moves adding Baumann,Van Der Merder, AIM-11, Grosberg, and Mikaelson by GM Draper things did not look so rough. The team held a playoff spot through the rest of the season finishing third and set to face the heavy favorites the Moscow Red Wolves. All experts called for a sweep of the Storm stating they just were not deep enough and Cote would run right over this team. Nobody expected anything from this team not even Oslo fans. For most teams this would be a death call but Komarov came into the locker-room and gave the speech of his life. The teams heads who looked like they were defeated before the puck even dropped for game one seemed to gain a new life. That is where it all began one speech from the captain what happened next nobody expected.

The Storm rallied game 1 after blowing a big lead they managed to win game 1 in overtime to take the 1-0 series lead. Game 2 was a rally from behind but the results were the same a 5-4 victory in overtime and they took a 2-0 series lead back home. Experts were in shock they couldn't believe what this team had done calling it a fluke. Game 3 however silenced the doubters a close game however like the previous 2 it ended in overtime a 3-0 lead. The Storm now turn there sights on what they hope will be another victory but know they can not count out their opponents. "Winning the 4th game is always the toughest, for any sport in the world winning that final game is never easy the other team will not just roll over and quit". Komarov stated after game 3.

The stage is set can the Storm sweep the series, or can the Wolves do the impossible and reverse sweep the Storm only time will tell. One thing is for sure Komarov will continue to inspire his players to do the impossible with the aim being to capture the cup.
