Looking forward and stuff

Last week I did a bit of a stream of consciousness thing for my .COM piece, and I'm afraid this week is going to be similar. I have a lot of thoughts running through my head lately and it's difficult to snag any individual one to focus on. It's all a bit slippery and eel-like.

 

First, I suppose I should briefly speak on my player's progress. I've got a little over 100 TPE to spend once I get called up to Toronto. I'm not entirely certain what the Legion's defensive group looks like at the moment, but I'm hoping I can at least be a serviceable middle pair player next season. So far, Sakamoto has been a really solid two-way player, notching just about a point-per-game in both the VHLM and VHLE while putting up insane hitting and shot blocking numbers. Hopefully that continues.

 

I finally finished my re-edit on my first novel. About 20 minutes ago, I sent a query on a whim to an agent based out of Berlin. My wife and I have concerns about the long-term stability of the United States and have said that if we were to leave the country, we'd either move to Ireland or Germany. There's something romantic about moving to a non-English speaking country [even though most Germans have a good grasp of English]. Immediately after sending the query, I stretched my arms above my head and feel like I popped one of my vertebra in my neck out of place. It really hurts. Goodbye for now.
