jacobcarson877 2,529
Team World GM and player Landon Wolanin simply remained too confident in his lines and strategies after a storming 3-game win-streak to open the tournament. Goaltenders Art Vandelay and Sam Tombstone were dominant despite the last place finish in the tournament. The teams goal-scoring seemed to have a negative relationship with the number of shots taken, which still confuses me. As a player, Wolanin finished with the same points total as in S82, with 2 goals and an assist, despite 200+ more TPA and 21 more shots. I did aim to be in more of a support role on the team, but this wasn’t even support. We had some highlights, most of which came from Hammar Voss. Dominating defensive scoring and general scoring stats, Voss definitely proved why they shouldn’t have been missed at the draft. They have sworn to take their vengeance for our failures at this tournament out on Helsinki, so keep an eye out Titans.
