Ronan Lavelle looks on after missing a 2 on 1 feed from Duncan Idaho.

Ronan Lavelle’s rookie season is one he has been trying to forget and leave behind. Lavelle posted just 13 goals and 40 points in 72 games played. Lavelle worked very hard in the off-season and built up all of his key attributes. He was determined to have a much better sophomore season and take the next step to becoming the star sniper he has the potential to be. The DC Dragons went out and got the best forward in the league, Duncan Idaho and have paired him with Ronan Lavelle. What better way to increase Lavelle’s production and confidence? However, it appears Lavelle’s snakebitten rookie season has carried over into his sophomore season. Lavelle has 10 points in 10 games, but only 2 of those are goals. In this sample, Lavelle is on pace to barely beat his 13 S83 goal total. Lavelle’s VHL career is off to a complete disaster, and although it is too early to call him a bust, things are not looking good for the young DC forward. Lavelle will have to suck the poison out, or he will find himself with another mediocre season, and leaving DC with some question marks as they need Lavelle to contribute with expectations high.

You can do it Ronan. All our prediction TPE depends on it! (no pressure)

maybe a prescription visor helps him hitting the puck more often (or the net for that matter)?
