The VHL Season 84 trade deadline is right around the corner. We finally see the light of season end and playoffs in the far short distance. We found time to speak with Calgary Wranglers sophomore defenseman AirRig GoodBrandSun @Rhynex Entertainment to discuss about the trade deadline and the state of affairs in the North American conference.

 

Reporter: Hello AirRig! Good to see you again! It's been another tough week for you and the Wranglers. Your team has fallen behind in the North American conference playoffs hunt. What are your thoughts toward the trade deadline and the remainder of the season?

 

AG: Hello. It has been a tough week for me. Wasn't a very good week. I don't think we'll have much action this trade deadline, but you can never count GM @Ricer13 out. GM Ricer has been surprising us all season!  

 

Reporter: You've struggled in the previous week in both ends of the ice. How will you cope with the situation to try turn your season around heading into the final stretch?

 

AG:  Yeah, like I said. It wasn't a very good week. Just got to keep putting a 110% into each shift, each game. Working hard on the shooting and skating, hopefully that would make a difference.
