Vacation Ramble Pt 1

I'm using a word counter to hit 150 words on the dot for this piece, as it's nearly bedtime. Still jetlagged but that just means I can wake up at like 6 AM to go have a nice breakfast somewhere before everyone else wakes up.

 

Moscow finished the season strong, toppling the franchise's single season points record with the final win of the season over Vancouver. It's pretty nuts to see how the team is not only still kicking with so many core members traded, but really thriving since all the new acquisitions have stepped up and filled massive shoes.

 

Henri le Massif broke the mold of a welfare/pension player and scored 40 goals (congrats on the VHL-personal best Garsh), Hard Markinson tied for most points from a defender, Tomas Sogaard led rookies with 72 points and Papa Emeritus simply goalie gapped the rest of the league.
