ROOKIE745 604
Who would have thought that in his first season with the Bears they would be going to the post season finals? While Seattle was expected to still be a competitive team I think most people expected them to fall back a little after having to making some moves for cap reasons as well as bringing in playmaker Jonathan Ori. However despite this the team has made it to the finals for a second year in a row is looking to win back to back. Players from the season 83 roster that are no longer with the team include the likes of Maximus Decimus Meridius, Zeedayno Chara, Vinny Detroit, and Seven Eightnine. New faces include the likes of Jonathan Ori (obviously), Kakapo Bushtit, Nils Godlander, and Drakon Zabastovka. However one big change we haven't mentioned yet is in net. In order to sign Ori they had to loose Em Em Flex and let rookie goaltender Dusty Wilson take the reigns. Dusty has become a fan favorite in Seattle and the team loves him, he had 40 win rookie season and has been rock solid for them in the playoffs, this guy has a bright future ahead of him. All of that and we haven't even talked about their opponent yet, well we are currently waiting for game seven of the series between Moscow and Warsaw to get underway. If Moscow win it will be their fifth straight trip to finals where they have lost the previous four times, three times to Vancouver and once to Seattle. While a rematch would seem pretty epic fans are probably hoping for a different EU team to make it, so most may be pulling for Warsaw to win the series for something new. Warsaw was up 3-1 in the series but Moscow has clawed their way back to make it go to a game seven. We eagerly await it to find out who Seattle will be facing off against!
